Return/refund policy:

• RETURNS MUST BE AUTHORIZED IN ADVANCE…UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED….obtain a Return Authorization # by calling Customer Service at 1-888-486-8437
• Custom or printed good orders cannot be cancelled/refunded once production has begun
• Custom or printed good orders cannot be returned for refund unless the product is damaged
• Stock orders may be cancelled for full refund, prior to shipment
• Damaged goods – must report within 15 days - we pay return freight and will replace product or refund original order amount
• Undamaged stock orders (NOT goods that are custom or printed) – may be returned for refund – customer pays return freight and a 20% restocking fee

Delivery standards:

• Shipped ground courier
• In stock, unprinted goods to ship within 2 business days
• Printed, custom and out-of-stock product to ship once it is available to ship

Product will only be shipped within Canada. (Only within US for the US web-site.)

All funds are in Cdn $ (US$ for US web-site.)

Freight charge is 8% of product value with a minimum charge of $15.29
